Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately along with the video if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
As the nature of our products being personal care items, we cannot accept exchanges. We take the safety and well-being of our customers very seriously and therefore cannot resell any returned items. We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase before completing your order. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds
There'll be no refunds. We will be giving a Coupon Code to redeem against future purchases in case the damage request is approved after all due processes. The Coupon code will be valid only for 1 year from the date of issue.
