Questions

Is this for men or women?

Both. It is built as a unisex Eau de Parfum and roughly half the people who reorder it are men.

How long does it last?

Six to eight hours on skin, and longer on clothing. That is the honest range for an Eau de Parfum in Indian weather.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes for most people. It is alcohol based, so if you react to alcohol-based fragrance generally, spray it on clothing rather than skin.

Can I wear it every day?

Yes. Two to three sprays on pulse points is plenty for an Eau de Parfum.

Can I return it if I do not like the smell?

No. Fragrance is a personal care product, so once it has been delivered we cannot accept a return or an exchange, including if the scent simply is not for you.

The exception is damage in transit. Film an unboxing video, then email customercare@viwa.in or WhatsApp +91 22 2872 8005 as soon as the parcel arrives. Approved damage claims are settled with a coupon code valid for one year rather than a cash refund.
